90s Beaded Chiffon Dress & Top - M

This semi-formal set is made of a soft, bouncy, black polyester chiffon, adorned with beautiful silver and blue beading. The base of the set is a simple dress. It has a square neckline, thin straps, a slight drop waist and a tiered, gathered skirt that offers plenty of twirl-factor. The second piece of the set is a single-layer top that carries the beading. The top has a high neckline and long sleeves. Both the hem of the top and the cuffs have wide scalloped edges that match the pattern of the beading. The back is open at the top, closing with a hook and eye on the back of the neck.

This set was made in Mexico for the Canadian label Randy. 

The dress measures 36" around the chest, 40" around the hips, 15" over the shoulder and a total length of 44" from the top of the shoulder to the hem.

The top measures 14" across the shoulders, 40" around the chest, 42" around the hips, 16" in the inner sleeve and 10" around the cuff.
