Ruffled Candystripe Dress

This dress is just too amazing to pass up! Its thin red & white striped print is reminiscent of classic candystriper pinafores, but the extra ruffles and red pinwheel buttons add a bit of extra spice! It has a skirt that goes just past the knee. It also comes with a braided white belt.
