80s Mid Length Black & Sparkly Gold Dress - M

This is a stunning piece for a vintage New Years. The top of the dress is a long sleeve, blousey fit, gathered at the waist with a tie on the right side, all made of a very delicate black fabric with super sparkly gold metallic tinsel woven in. There are some subtle shoulder pads. The skirt is pleated, all black and a little stretchy. The top of the back closes with a button. 

The dress measures 16" across the shoulders, 38" around the chest, 34" around the waist, 74" around the hem, 15" in the inner sleeve, 9" around the cuffs and a total length of 44" from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
