70s Brown Corduroy Bell Bottoms - S
These vintage corduroys were made by Armoutis Bros in the late 60s or very early 70s. These pants have their original sale tags, but because of their age, don’t have any care tags. The tag on the right back pocket labels the pants as unisex, which is an irrelevant but super cool detail! The back pockets themselves are interesting, because rather than the square or angular pockets we’re used to now on most jeans, these ones are round at the bottom, actually very hand shaped.
Structurally, these pants are a soft but compact corduroy, with their original crisp crease lines, 5 belt loops and somehow despite never being worn, have had one small hole repaired on the front just to the side of the zipper (pictured.) Another feature due to their age, these pants weren’t hemmed, but rather have just a serged edge so that the purchaser could have them hemmed to fit them perfectly.
The pants measure 28” around the waist, 38” around the hips, 22” around the hem and 34” in the inseam.
